                                   JUDGMENT

The petitioner is the registered owner of a stage carriage bearing

Registration No.KL-33-J-7161. He has approached this Court seeking the

following relief:-

(i) issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order, directing the 1st respondent to consider Ext.P3 objection submitted by the petitioner while conducting a timing conference in respect of the 2nd respondent's service pursuant to Ext.P2 notice.

2. The learned Government Pleader submits that the timing

conference is scheduled to be held on 19.04.2023.

In that view of the matter, there will be a direction to the 1st

respondent to consider Ext.P3 objection submitted by the petitioner herein

also while conducting the timing conference in respect of the 2nd

respondent's service.
