           PATTIKKAD VILLAGE, THRISSUR TALUK, PROPRIETOR, UNIQUE ASSOCIATES (P)
           LTD., KAIRALI AND SREE THEATRE SHOPPING COMPLEX, K.N. ROAD,
           THRISSUR.

   RESPONDENTS/RESPONDENTS/PETITIONERS:

       1. NAIJU ANTONY, AGED 46, S/O. ANTONY, CHEENIKKAL HOUSE,
          KIZHAKUMPATTUKARA DESOM, CHEMBUKKAVU VILLAGE, THRISSUR TALUK.
       2. STATE OF KERALA, REP. BY THE PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, HIGH COURT OF
          KERALA, ERNAKULAM - 682031.


        Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
   High Court be pleased to suspend the execution of sentence in S.T.
   No.801/2015 by the Special Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Court,
   Thrissur confirmed by judgment dated 31.01.2023 passed by IIIrd Additional
   Sessions Court, Thrissur in Crl.Appeal No.68/2017, pending disposal of the
   above Criminal Revision Petition.


        This application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PRABHU K.N. & MANUMON A., Advocates
   for the petitioners and of the PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the second
   respondent, the Court passed the following:


                                            ORDER

Execution of the sentence imposed on the petitioner shall be suspended on the petitioner executing a bond for Rs.50,000/- with two solvent sureties for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court and on further condition of the petitioner depositing 20% of the cheque amount within two months.
