     Prayer for interim relief in the Writ Appeal stating that in the
circumstances stated in the appeal memorandum, the High Court be pleased
to stay all further proceedings to Exhibit P10 order including recovery of
the amounts or pass such further or other orders as it may deem fit and
proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and render justice
pending disposal of the Writ Appeal.
     This Writ Appeal coming on for orders on 23.09.2022 upon perusing
the appeal memorandum, the Court on the same day passed the following.

learned Special Government Pleader Mr.Mohammed Rafiq.

The learned Counsel suggest that the arguments in the lead

case (W.A.No.91 of 2022) since are substantially completed on the

part of the appellant, request the Court to treat appeals as

part-heard.
