        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all further
   proceedings in the judgment and decree in OS No.669 of 2011 on the file
   of the Prl.Sub Court, Thrissur pending consideration of the above appeal
   in the interest of justice.

        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   order dated 12/8/2022 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.G.SREEKUMAR
