        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to allow the
   correction in the designation of the petitioner in the Judgment dated
   17/08/2022 in WA No.967/2021, as mentioned below, in the interest of
   justice.

              The word "junior Engineer" may please be corrected as
   "Assistant Project Engineer-Gr.II" in Page 5 of the Judgment.


        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this court's judgment dated
   17/08/2022 in WA 967/2021, and upon hearing the arguments
   of M/S.C.RAJENDRAN, B.K.GOPALAKRISHNAN & SREEVIDYA R., Advocates for the
   petitioner and of SENIOR GOVERNMENT PLEADER for the respondents, the court
   passed the following:
