   RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT:

          SELVANAYIKA, AGED 67 YEARS, W/O.LATE M.V.KUMARAN, SREERAGAM HOUSE,
          VADAKKENTHARA AMSOM AND DESOM, PALAKKAD, PIN - 678 581.

          Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith the High
   Court be pleased to pass an order staying all further proceedings pursuant the decree and judgment
   dated 29.10.2021 in AS.No.27/2018 on the files of the Court of the Subordinate Judge, Ottapalam
   which modified the decree and judgment dated 31.01.2018 in OS.No.271/2014 on the files of the
   Munsiff Court, Ottapalam, pending disposal of the above appeal.
          This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the application and the affidavit
   filed in support thereof and this Court's order dated 07.06.2022 and upon hearing the arguments
   ofSRI. T.KRISHNANUNNI (SR.), SRI.VINOD RAVINDRANATH,SMT.MEENA.A., SRI.K.C.KIRAN,
