        OP (Civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   all further proceedings in EP No.81/2018 in OS 1676/2011 on the file of
   Principal Sub Court, Irinjalakuda, pending disposal of this Original
   Petition (Civil).


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated
   29-09-2022 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.AYPE JOSEPH & MERIN ROSE,
   Advocates for the petitioner, the court passed the following:

The interim order dated 29-09-2022 will stand extended by one month, provided the petitioner complied with the conditions in the above dated order.
