        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the execution
   of the judgment and decree dated 30/05/2019 passed by the Prl.Sub Judge,
   Thalassery in OS 519 of 1993, pending final disposal of the above RFA.

        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   order dated 07/10/2022 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.AMAL GEORGE
   MEVADA, SRI.MANU GEORGE KURUVILLA, Advocates for the petitioners and of
