        OP (Civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   all further proceedings in EP 167/2017 in OS 525/2013 of the Principal Sub
   Court, Irinjalakuda pending disposal of this Original Petition (Civil) in
   the interest of justice.


        This petition again coming on for admission upon perusing the
   petition and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's
   order dated 30.11.2021 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S K.S.RAJESH,
   M.SHAJU PURUSHOTHAMAN & M.K.FAISAL Advocates, for the petitioner and of
   M/S M. GOPIKRIHNAN NAMBIAR, RAJA KANNAN, PAULOSE C ABRAHAM, KURYAN THOMAS,
   JOSON MANAVALAN & K. JOHN MATHAI, Advocates for the respondents, the court
   passed the following:

                                       O R D E R

The Kerala Legal Services Authority through, the competent District Legal Services Authority shall enquire as to the whereabouts of the 1st respondent and find out whether he requires any legal aid assistance to contest the orginal petition.

The interim order dated 23-09-2021 will stand revived and extended by one month, provided that the petitioner has already complied with the conditions in the above dated order.

Handover a copy of this order to the Member Secretary, KELSA.

Post on 02-12-2022.
