        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to grant an interim direction to the 2nd respondent to take
   immediate steps to consider Exhibit P5 so as to take decision on the
   renewal application by the first respondent in view of Exhibit P3.
        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   SRI.SAJU J.VALLYARA, Advocate for the petitioner and of GOVERNMENT PLEADER
   for respondents, the court passed the following:-
                                      ORDER

Admit.

Government Pleader takes notice for respondents.

There will be an interim order directing the 2nd respondent to consider and take a decision on Ext. P5 if necessary by circulating the matter amongst members of the 1st respondent within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
