                                JUDGMENT

Notice given to the Secretary, Chettikulangara Grama

Panchayat, the third respondent herein and Adv.Sri.George

Varghese, Perumpallikuttiyil appearing for the third respondent.

2. In this original petition filed under Article 227 of

the Constitution of India, the petitioner, who is the 4 th plaintiff in

O.S.No.186 of 2015 pending before the Munsiff Court,

Mavelikkara, seeks early disposal of the same. Since the matter

is one covered under the category of five plus year old cases,

there is a standing direction issued by this Court as well as the

Apex Court to dispose of the same at the earliest. Taking note of

the said fact, notice to the other respondents is dispensed with.

In the result, this original petition is allowed.

Therefore, there shall be a direction to the learned Munsiff to O.P.(C)No.538 of 2022

dispose of O.S.No.186 of 2015 pending before the Munsiff Court,

Mavelikkara at the earliest, at any rate, within a period of four

months from the date of production or receipt of a copy of this

judgment.

Registry is directed to forward a copy of this judgment

to the Munsiff Court, Mavelikkara within seven days for

compliance and information.
