   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the execution
   of the judgment dated 31/08/2016 in O.S.No.861/2008 of the Additional Sub
   Court, Kollam pending disposal of the above appeal.
        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
   of GOVERNMENT PLEADER, for the petitioners and of SRI.A.N.SANTHOSH,
