                                     ORDER

Sri.S.Ranjith, learned Special Govt. Pleader submits that the

case may be adjourned to ensure that the respondent officer is

personally present before this Court on the next posting day and to

file an affidavit expressing her unconditional apology in not

personally appearing before this Court on the previous day as well

and that he would take necessary steps in that regard, if the case is

adjourned, even though the Division Bench has now granted stay of

operation of the judgment in the W.P.(C).

Sri.P.K.Soyuz, learned counsel for the petitioners would fairly

submit that he would not object on the plea for adjournment, if it is

meant bona fide to file an affidavit to enable the respondent officer to

express her unconditional apology for disobeying the summons on

the previous occasion as well.

List at 1.45 p.m. on 23.03.2022.
