JUDGMENT
The above Contempt of Court has been filed alleging non
complaince of the directions issued by this Court in the judgment
dated 10.6.2020 rendered by this Court in WP(C) No. 10993/2020
filed by the petitioners herein.
2. Today, when the matter has been taken up for
consideration, the learned Senior Government Pleader would submit
on the basis of instructions that now, the respondent District
Collector, Malappuram, has passed proceedings dated 3.12.2021
after hearing the petitioners, whereby the plea of the petitioners
have been rejected.
3. The counsel for the petitioners submits that liberty may
be accorded to the petitioners to challenge the said order in the
manner known to law.
4. The learned Government Pleader will ensure that a copy
of said proceedings dated 3.12.2021 shall be immediately furnished
to Sri.Babu Karukapadath, learned counsel appearing for the Cont. Case (C) No. 2032 of 2020

petitioners within a day or two.
5. In case the petitioners have any legally justiciable
grievances in the matter arising out of said proceedings dated
3.12.2021, they will be at liberty to challenge the same in the manner
known to law.
With these observations and directions, the above Contempt of
Court case will stand disposed.
