                                  JUDGMENT

The petitioner, who is a stage carriage

operator, seeks for revision of own timings in

respect of his two stage carriages. He is

presently operating with the timings settled on

01.06.2000. Consequent on the introduction of

other services and changed circumstances, the

timings need to be revised. It is accordingly that

Ext.P2 application seeking revision of timings has

been submitted, is the contention. The petitioner

seeks for an expeditious consideration of the

application.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the

petitioner and the learned Senior Government

Pleader.

Without expressing anything on the merits, the

writ petition is disposed of directing the

respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders

on Ext.P2 application with due notice to the

affected/interested parties, as expeditiously as

possible and at any rate, within a period of two

months from the date of receipt of a copy of this

judgment.
