This is an application filed by the petitioners who are

respondents in O.P.(G&W) Nos.35/2021 and 865/2021 to transfer

these cases pending before the Family Court, Tirur to Family

Court, Malappuram.

2. The respondent/petitioner appeared and conceded the

facts.

3. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and O.P.

(G&W) Nos.35/2021 and 865/2021, pending before the Family

Court, Tirur is hereby withdrawn and transferred to Family Court,

Malappuram. Family Court, Tirur, shall forthwith transfer the

entire records in O.P.(G&W) No.35/2021 to Family Court,

Malappuram.

Registry is directed to forward a copy of this order to the

Family Court concerned within seven days for compliance.
