              Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith the High
   Court be pleased to pass an interim order to stay the operation and all further proceedings in
   pursuance of appellate Court decree & judgment dated 18.12.2019 in AS.No.77/2013 on the file of
   Additional Sub Court, Thalassery, to the extent it modifying the injunction granted vide judgment and
   Decree dated 29.08.2013 in OS.NO.127/2010 of Munsiff Court, Thalassery, to the effect construction
   in the Plaint 'B' schedule property, pending disposal of the above Appeal, so as to secure the ends of
   justice.
              This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the application and the affidavit
   filed in support thereof and this Court's order dated 07.01.2022 and upon hearing the arguments of
   C.P.PEETHAMBARAN, Advocates for the petitioners and of SRI.T.RAMESH BABU, SRI.C.K.SREEJITH,
   Advocates for the respondents, the court passed the following:
                                                        ORDER

Interim order already granted is extended for a period of one month.
