         Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed
   therewith the High Court be pleased to pass an order to stay the operation and all
   further proceedings in pursuance of the impugned judgment and decree dated
   21.12.2020 in AS.No.33/2019 on the files of Sub Court,Punalur, during the pendency of
   the above appeal, so as to secure the ends of justice.

          This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the application and
   the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's order dated 11.10.2021 and upon
   hearing the arguments of M/S.S.K.DEVI and SANTHOSH P.ABRAHAM, Advocates for the
   petitioner, the court passed the following:
