                             ORDER

This Crl.R.P. has been filed challenging the judgment of

the Additional Sessions Court-V, Kottayam in Crl.A.No.99/2018

dated 30.10.2019 and order in M.C.No.92/2015 dated 8.6.2018

on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-I,

Kanjirappally.

2. The matter was referred for mediation at the Kerala

State Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court of Kerala.

At the mediation, the entire disputes between the parties

including the one under revision have been settled. A

settlement agreement has been executed between the parties

which has been placed on record. I have gone through the

terms in mediation agreement. It is lawful and appears to be

voluntary.

Hence, this Crl.R.P. is disposed of in terms of the

mediation agreement. The settlement agreement will form

part of the decree.
