        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   of the judgment and decree in O.S.1679/2012 dated 16.12.2019 on the
   files of the Principal Sub Judge, Thrissur, until the disposal of the
   First Appeal.


        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   order dated 10/12/2021 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.RAJIT,
   Advocate for the petitioner and of SMT.JAYASREE K.P., SRI.BABU
   P.P., Advocates for R1 and R2, the court passed the following:
