        Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
   High Court be pleased to stay all further proceeding in Annexure V order
   of Hon'ble Principal Sessions Court, Kollam dated 09.09.2021 in Crl.Appl
   No. 84/2021, in the interest of justice.
        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and this court's order dated 6.12.2021 therein, and upon
   hearing the arguments of PRATHEESH.P, ANJANA KANNATH, T.S.SREEKUTTY,
