         OP (Civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed
   along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay the further proceedings in EP
   03/2014 in LAR 73/2011 of the Sub Court, Pathanamthitta, till the disposal of this
   Original Petition.


        This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit
   filed in support of OP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of GOVERNMENT
   PLEADER,for the petitioner and of M/S ARUN.B.VARGHESE, AISWARYA V.S & VARNA
   MANOJ, Advocates for the respondent 1, the court passed the following:

                                            ORDER

The learned counsel for the respondents seeks a week's time to file counter affidavit in this case.

The learned Government Pleader representing Government strongly convas to dispose the matter. Hence, Post for hearing along with the counter affidavit and documents sought to be filed by the learned counsel for the respondents. This matter will be heard positively on 09-02-2022. Till then, coercive steps in this EP No. 3/2014 of the Sub Court, Pathanamthitta shall stand stayed.
