        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to pass an order of
   stay of operation of the judgment and decree dated 29/02/2020 in
   O.S.No.6/2018 on the files of Subordinate Judges Court, Thodupuzha,
   pending disposal of the above appeal, in the interest of justice.

        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   order dated 7/12/2021 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.JACOB
   SEBASTIAN, K.V.WINSTON, Advocates for the petitioner and of ADV.C.K.VIDYA
   SAGAR, Advocate for the respondent, the court passed the following:
