        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   of the judgment in O.P. No.588/2013 of Family Court,Thiruvananthapuram
   dated 30.11.2021,pending disposal of the above appeal,in the interest of
   justice.
        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing
   the arguments of LATHEESH SEBASTIAN, Advocate for the applicant and
   P.CHANDRASEKHAR for caveator, the court passed the following:
