    Review Petition praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed
along with the RP the High Court be pleased to stay all further proceedings pursuant to
Annexure A1 notice of hearing issued by the Government based on the direction in the
judgment in WP(C).No.18416/2021 dated 09-09-2021, pending disposal of the review
petition.

     This Review Petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the
affidavit filed in support of Review Petition and this Court's order dated 20-12-2021 and
upon hearing the arguments of SRI.R.K.MURALIDHARAN, Advocate for the petitioner in
RP/third party in WP(C) and of GOVERNMENT PLEADER for R2 to R5 IN RP/R1 to R4 in
