     This First appeal from orders again having come up for orders on
24.02.2022, upon perusing the appeal memorandum and this Court's judgment
dated 17/07/2020 and      order dated 31.08.2021 and the letter dated
18.02.2022 from the Principal Sub Judge, Kottayam, the court on the same
day passed the following:

                                    ORDER

This matter has been placed before me on the basis of a

letter issued by the Sub Court, Kottayam forwarded by the

District & Sessions Court, Kottayam to the Registrar (Judicial)

of this Court, praying that the time frame in the judgment of

this Court be extended for a further period of four months.

I have gone through the contents of the letter and am of

the view that sufficient cause has been made out for

extending the time.

In such circumstances, the time frame fixed by this

Court in the judgment in F.A.O No.52 of 2020 will stand

extended for a further period of four months from today.
