 WP(CRL.) NO. 190 OF 2022 2

                                    JUDGMENT

The petitioner is the wife of the 4th respondent. The 5th

respondent is the mother of the 4th respondent. Alleging

matrimonial cruelty, the petitioner preferred Ext.P1 complaint before

the 1st respondent. It was rejected, as evident from Ext.P3.

Thereafter, another complaint was preferred by the petitioner against

the 4th respondent before the 1st respondent. The grievance of the

petitioner is that the 1st respondent is not acting on it. The prayer

in the writ petition is to give a direction to the respondents 2 and 3

to register FIR on Exts.P1 and P4 complaints.

Having heard Sri.Biju Vigneswar, the learned counsel for the

petitioner and Sri.M.P.Prasanth, the learned Public Prosecutor, I am

of the view that this writ petition can be disposed of with a

direction to the 1st respondent to consider Ext.P4 in accordance with

law and take any action, if necessary, within a period of one month

from today. Ordered accordingly.
