                                 JUDGMENT

The 1st petitioner is the holder of regular

permit. The permit is valid upto 08.03.2026. Ext P2

is the joint application submitted by the

petitioners where under, the 1st petitioner intends

to transfer the permit to the 2nd petitioner. Ext P3

is the report of the field officer. The petitioner

has approached this Court consequent on the

inordinate delay in passing orders on the

application.

2. Heard.

3. Ext P1 application is submitted as early as

on 22.04.2021. The application needs to be

considered and ordered without any further delay.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of

directing the 1st respondent to consider the

application (Ext.P1) in the next meeting of the

authority. If no meeting is held within a period of

one month, it shall be open for the authority to WP(C) NO.5588 of 2022

have the application considered by circulation in

terms of Rule 130 of the Kerala Motor Vehicles

Rules.
