                            JUDGMENT

Adv.Gopikrishnan Nambiar, who took notice on behalf of

the respondent bank submitted that the sale scheduled as per Ext.P1

did not take place due to the absence of bidders. Hence the original

petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly the same is closed as infructuous.
