     Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
and implementation of the judgment dated 28-07-2021 in I.C. No. 15/2018
passed by the E.I.Court,Trivandrum,pending disposal of the above appeal.
     This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
of M/S ADARSH KUMAR, SHASHANK DEVAN, Advocates for the applicants, the
court passed the following:

On a consideration of the averments in the affidavit

filed in support of the application and hearing the learned

counsel appearing for the appellant and also considering

the contradictory findings of the Tribunal in Paragraph

No.10 of the impugned common judgment, I am prima facie

satisfied that the petitioner is entitled to an interim order.

Hence, I direct the Tribunal not to release any amount that

is lying in deposit before the Tribunal, subject to further

orders of this Court.
