        Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
   High Court be pleased to suspend the default sentence imposed on the
   applicant in Crl.Appeal No.13/2022 of the Court of Additional Sessions
   Judge V, Kottayam dated 14.09.2022 arising from the judgment of conviction
   and sentence in ST No.1551/2016 fo the Court of the Judicial First Calss
   Magistrate-III, Kottayam, dated 25.01.2022, release the applicat on bail
   pending dispsoal of the above Revision Petition.

        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and upon hearing the arguments of BABY THOMAS, SUNNY XAVIER, GEORGE T.J,
   INDRAJITH S KAIMAL & ALICIA JOSE, Advocates for the petitioner, and of the
   PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the 2nd respondent, the Court passed the following:




                                            ORDER

Sentence imposed on the petitioner shall be suspended on condition that the petitioner will execute a bond for Rs.1 lakh with two solvent sureties for the like sum to the satisfaction of the trial Court and also deposit an amount of Rs.l lakh within a period of one month.
