                              JUDGMENT

The petitioner is the registered owner of a stage carriage

bearing Registration No. KL-10-AK-3921. He seeks for revision of own

timings. He had been operating on the strength of time schedule

issued on 23.11.2022. The petitioner states that, due to introduction

of new services and withdrawal of services, it has become necessary

to seek for revision of own timings. It is accordingly that Ext.P2

request has been submitted seeking revision of own timings. The

petitioner seeks for an expeditious consideration of Ext.P2 request.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned

Government Pleader.

Without expressing any views on the merits, the writ petition is

disposed of directing the respondent to consider and pass appropriate

orders on Ext.P2 request, if received, with due notice to the petitioner

and to the interested /affected operators, as expeditiously as possible

and strictly in accordance with seniority.
