                              JUDGMENT

Petitioner was granted with a regular permit vide Ext. P1

subject to settlement of timings and production of current records.

Though current records were produced, Regular Permit is not issued

so far. It is accordingly that the petitioner has approached this Court.

2. Heard.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, there will be a

direction to the respondent to take necessary steps by convening a

timing conference and have the timings settled after hearing all the

parties interested / affected, as expeditiously as possible and at any

rate, within a period of two months and in accordance with the

seniority of the respective applicants.
