                      JUDGMENT

The petitioner is a stage carriage operator. She

seeks for revision of own timings. She had been

operating on the strength of time schedule issued on

27.04.2002. The petitioner states that, due to

introduction of new services and withdrawal of services,

it has become necessary to seek for revision of timings.

It is accordingly that Ext.P2 request has been submitted

seeking revision of timings in respect of Stage Carriage

KL-59 C 5749. The petitioner seeks for an expeditious

consideration of Ext. P2.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and

the learned Government Pleader.

Without expressing any view on the merits, this

writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to

consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P2 request,

if received, with due notice to the petitioner and to the WP(C) NO. 42791 OF 2022

interested/affected operators, as expeditiously as

possible and strictly in accordance with seniority.
