                             JUDGMENT

The petitioner is stated to be a holder of permit on the route

Keralassery - Kerala Estate in respect of stage carriage bearing

registration No.KL-53/R-1331. Since new services have been

introduced on the aforementioned route, an application Ext.P2

dated 02.12.2022 has been submitted to the respondent for

revision of the timing.

2. Learned Government pleader submits that the application

for revision of timings shall be considered as per the seniority, as

expeditiously as possible, if submitted.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, I

dispose of the writ petition by issuing directions to the respondent

to take a call on the request dated 02.12.2022, Ext.P2 for revision

of timing as per the seniority, as expeditiously as possible.
