        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to stay Ext P3 & P6 pending the final disposal of the above writ
   petition

        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this Court's order
   dated 26-10-2022 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.BLAZE K.JOSE,
   URMILA ZACHARIA & GOPIKA P., Advocates for the petitioner, SRI.B.PREMOD,
   STANDING COUNSEL for R1 & R2 and of GOVERNMENT PLEADER for R3, the court
   passed the following:

                                           ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to got through the judgment of Supreme Court.

In the interest of justice hearing of the writ petition is deferred to 16th January, 2023.

Interim order to continue till then.
