                             JUDGMENT

Admit. Government Pleader takes notice for the

respondents.

2. The prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the

respondents to consider and pass orders of Ext.P3

representation regarding payment of basic tax for an extent of

61.5 cents of land in Sy.No.24/6 of Nellaya Village.

3. The Government Pleader on instruction submits that

Ext.P3 representation has been received and is pending.

In the above circumstances, this writ petition is disposed

of directing the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on

Ext.P3 representation, after hearing the petitioner at the

earliest, at any rate within three months from the date of

receipt of a copy of this judgment.
