                              JUDGMENT

Admit. Government Pleader takes notice for respondents 1 to

5. Notice to the 6th respondent is dispensed with.

2. The prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the

3rd respondent to consider application No.K1/5558/17 and

K1/9662/17 filed by the petitioner.

3. The Government Pleader submits that Ext.P3 has been

received however, the petitioner may produce a copy of the same.

The petitioner shall produce a copy of Ext.P3 before the 3 rd

respondent. The 3rd respondent shall consider and pass orders on

Ext.P3 at the earliest, at any rate, within three months from the

date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment. The writ

petition is disposed of.
