        This Contempt of court case (civil) having come up for orders on
   21.12.2022, the court on the same day passed the following:

                                             ORDER

The direction in the judgment dated 26.9.2022 was to respondents 2

and 3 in the writ petition to release and give custody of the excavator to

the petitioner within a period of two weeks.

Senior Government Pleader submits that W.A. No. 1918/2022 has been

filed. No interim stay order is produced.

Post on 23.01.2023, on which date, the respondents shall file a

compliance report, failing which, the respondents shall appear in person

before this court.
