          Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to issue a direction to the 4th respondnet to pass award under
   Land Acquisition Act in respect of the property acquired by the
   respondents, pending disposal of the Writ Petition (Civil).

        This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   SRI.T.R.HARIKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, Standing Counsel for R2
   and GOVERNMENT PLEADER for the R1, R3 and R4, the court passed the
   following:
                                      ORDER

After hearing both sides, I am of the prima facie opinion that, in the light of the specific direction in Exhibit P6 judgment, Exhibit P13 order will not stand.

Learned Government Pleader seeks time to get further instructions.
