        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all further
   proceedings pursuant to the decree and judgment in O.S No.90/2020 dated
   30/9/2022 on the file of Principal Sub Judge, Kozhikode pending disposal
   of the above Regular First Appeal.
        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
   of SRI.P.V.JAYACHANDRAN, SRI.VENUGOPALAN MENON, Advocates for the
   petitioner, the court passed the following:

There will be an interim order of stay as prayed for, till 18/01/2023.
