              Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the

    affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to grant extension

    of time to the husband of the petitioner to surrender before the Hon'ble

    Magistrate Court, Chavakkad in LP.No.38/2015 for a period of 2 weeks

    from the date of issue of emergency travel document as directed by this

    Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice.

              This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the

    application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this Court's

    Final judgment dated 27/10/2022 and upon hearing the arguments of

    M/S.RAJIT and ARJUN S., Advocates for the petitioner and of SRI.MANU S.,

    DEPUTY SOLICITOR GENERAL OF INDIA FOR 1st respondent and SR.PUBLIC

    PROSECUTOR for the 3rd respondent, the court passed the following:


                                         ORDER

Allowed.

Period fixed by this Court for the surrender of the 3rd respondent

before the learned Magistrate shall stand enlarged for a period of one

month from today.
