                                JUDGMENT

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the

condition imposed in the order dated 10.10.2022 has not been complied

with except for a sum of Rs.2,00,000/-.

2. Since the writ petition is filed seeking a direction for

regularisation of the defaulted loan account and petitioner has failed to

even deposit Rs.7,50,000/- as directed in the order dated 10.10.2022, I

am of the view that the petitioner's ability to repay the amount, to

enable regularisation of the loan account is doubtful.

Accordingly, reserving the liberty of the petitioner to initiate

appropriate statutory remedies, this writ petition is dismissed.
