                             JUDGMENT

When this matter was called today, Sri.Mohanakannan -

learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that, though

affiliation has been granted to his client, it has been shown to be

only from the next academic year. He, therefore, prayed that his

client be granted liberty to challenge that order to such extent.

2. Sri.I.V.Pramod - learned counsel for the respondents,

affirmed that an order has been issued by the respondents, as

stated by Sri.Mohanakannan.

In the afore circumstances, leaving liberty to the petitioner

to deal with the order issued by the respondents in any manner

that they may choose fit, this Contempt Case is closed.
