                              JUDGMENT

The prayer in the writ petition is for direction to the respondent

to consider Ext.P1 representation submitted by the petitioner for early

disposal of the execution applications. The grievance of the petitioner

is that several execution applications are pending before the

respondent and the same are not being disposed of.

In view of the limited prayer made in the writ petition, this writ

petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider and pass

orders on Ext.P1 at the earliest, at any rate within one month from

the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The officer may, if

necessary, fix different dates for completion of the execution

applications based on the year of filing.
