                                         ORDER

When this matter was called today, the learned Government Pleader

submitted that, though the 3rd respondent has already taken steps in terms

of the judgment and has addressed the Secretary, Public Works Department,

Government of Kerala for necessary funds, which have not yet been

received.

I, therefore, deem it appropriate to Suo motu implead the State of

Kerala, represented by the Secretary, Public Works Department, Government

of Kerala, as a party in this case. It is so odered.

Registry will make consequential incorporations in the cause title.

The learned Government Pleader will obtain instructions from the said

Authority.
