          42/2917B, EDAPPALLY-ARKKAKADAVU ROAD, VENNALA P.O., KOCHI, PIN -
          682028.

   RESPONDENTS:

      1. STATE OF KERALA REPRESENTED BY THE DIRECTOR, DIRECTORATE OF
         COLLEGIATE EDUCATION, 6TH FLOOR, VIKAS BHAVAN, VIKAS BHAVAN P.O.,
         THIRUVANANTHAPURAM, PIN - 695033.

            AND 4 OTHERS

        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to stay the operation of Clause No. 7.5 of the Exhibit P-12
   Regulation and permit the petitioner to write improvement examinations of
   upcoming various semesters of the B.Com Regular Model I Computer
   Applications course enrolled by the petitioner provisionally, pending
   disposal of the Writ Petition.
        This petition again coming on for admission upon perusing the
   petition and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this Court's
   order dated 29-08-2022 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. P.MOHAMED
   SABAH, LIBIN STANLEY, R.GAYATHRI, SADIK ISMAYIL, SAIPOOJA, M.MAHIN HAMZA &
   SAFIYA AKBAR, Advocates for the petitioner, GOVERNMENT PLEADER for
   respondent 1 and of      SRI.SURIN GEORGE IPE, STANDING COUNSEL for
   respondents 2 to 4, the court passed the following:-
                                      ORDER

Before I deliver judgment, I must certainly know whether the minimum threshold to P.G.Courses in the M.G.University is 45% or 50%. This court is ofcourse aware that as regards MCA the threshold is 50% but with respect to the other courses that information has not been made available.

I, therefore, adjourn this matter to be called on 01-09-2022; within which time the learned Standing Counsel for the University will obtain specific instructions as to the minimum threshold of marks for P.G.Courses in the M.G.University.
