                                  JUDGMENT

The above writ petition is filed with following prayers :

(i) Issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction for quashing Ext.P6 notice issued by the 1 st respondent as it has been issued without any authority and the same is illegal.

(ii) Pass such other writs, orders or directions as this Hon'ble Court may deems just, fit and necessary in the facts and circumstances of this case.

(iii) Allow this writ petition with cost." [SIC]

2. The writ petition is filed challenging Ext.P6 stop

memo. No interim order is passed in this writ petition. The writ

petition is pending from 2013 onwards. If there is any surviving

grievance to the petitioner now, the petitioner is free to

approach the Panchayat.

With the above observation, this writ petition is closed.
