                                    JUDGMENT

Petitioner availed a cash credit facility from the

respondent Bank and the petitioner has preferred

Ext.P1 representation before the respondent Bank

to pay off the amount under the One Time

Settlement Scheme. The

2. relief sought for by the petitioner is for a

direction to the respondent Bank to take a

decision on Ext.P1 representation.

3. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner

and the learned Standing Counsel for the

respondent Bank.

4. In view of the limited prayer sought for by the

petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with a

direction to the respondent Bank to consider and WP(C) NO.13967 of 2022

pass orders on Ext.P1 within a period of one

month from the date of receipt of a copy of this

judgment, after granting an opportunity of

hearing to the petitioner.

The writ petition is disposed of.
