                             JUDGMENT

Petitioner is a permanent resident in Punnayurkulam

Panchayat. He is aggrieved by the action of the 6 th respondent in

accommodating migrant labourers in his 16 cents of property near

the petitioner's property without any effective and adequate

sanitation facilities, etc. Petitioner has projected his grievance

before the 5th respondent by way of Exts.P2 & P3 representations.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the

learned Government Pleader.

3. The above writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the

5th respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2 and Ext.P3

within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this

judgment, after affording an opportunity of being heard to the

petitioner as well as the 6th respondent.
